SEASIDERS HIT LATE WINNER
Leaders Bangor extended their advantage at the top to eight points but they needed a stoppage time goal to get past Ballinamallard United at Clandeboye Park.
The Seasiders moved in front after ten minutes after Reece Neale’s laid a short corner into the path of Robert Garrett to fire into the bottom corner from 20 yards.
Ballinamallard levelled midway through the first half, however, when Aaron Harkin’s corner ended up in the net via keeper Evan Ovendale, but Bangor regained the lead before the break after Martin Bradley rose highest to head home a Neale free-kick.
The Mallards hit back again on 72 minutes through Darragh Stewart to set up a big finish, with the home side grabbing the honours in added time when yet another Neale set piece bobbled in the area before Kyle Owens knocked it into the bottom right.
