Kris Calvert edged the visitors in front just before the half-hour mark with a right-footed volley from the edge of the area.
Ryan Swan added a second not long from the break after pouncing on a poor backpass to round the keeper and roll the ball home.
Lee Upton then made it 3-0 late in the game with a thundering volley from a Conall Young corner.
