DUNS TURN IT AROUND AFTER THE BREAK
Dundela staged a remarkable second half comeback to defeat Institute in a thrilling encounter at Wilgar Park.
The visitors raced into an early lead when Caoimhin Porter tucked the ball past Aaron Hogg from six yards after an initial effort had been pushed away.
'Stute doubled their lead midway through the first half through Aidan Hegarty after the Duns failed to clear the ball before, around the half-hour mark, Mikhail Kennedy converted from the spot to fire Kevin Deery's side into a commanding lead.
Dundela pulled one back a few minutes later after David McMaster blasted home a superbly volley from just outside the area.
That was how it stayed until three goals in the last ten minutes or so saw the game turn on its head.
Karter Bond brought Dundela back to just a goal down on 79 minutes before, three minutes later, McMaster sent a ball across the six yard box which was turned into his own net by defender Rhys McDermott.
And the Duns secured what at one point looked like a very unlikely victory with around sixty seconds remaining when Mark Patton beat Fintan Doherty with a superb strike.
