Paul Donnelly opened the scoring after a quarter-of-an-hour when he got his head to a long throw-in, with Odhran Craig doubling the lead on 52 minutes with a powerful strike from outside the area.
Brandon Doyle pulled one back for Ballyclare moments later after outpacing the home defence but Jay Donnelly made sure of the win for the Swans midway through the second half.
