LURGAN BLUES WIN AGAIN
Glenavon made it five wins on the bounce with victory over Cliftonville at Mourneview Park.
Paddy McLaughlin's side moved in front on 28 minutes through Michael O'Connor after he teamed up with Jack Malone before firing low past keeper Lewis Ridd.
Malone got on the scoresheet himself just four minutes after that when he ran on to Sean Carlin's long ball over the top to lift the ball over the advancing keeper.
The Lurgan Blues added a third early in the second half courtesy of David McDaid's spot-kick after Jack Keaney had been penalised for bringing down David Toure.
Cliftonville did pull one back deep into stoppage time, however, when Stephen McGuinness found the top corner from distance.
